Booths:

Vendors have two size booths from which to choose:

• Single Display - This area will be 6’x 6’. Included in the area will be a table (6’x 2’), two chairs, and a space behind the table for a self-supporting display.
• Double Display - This area will be 12’ x 6’. Included in the area will be two tables (12’ x 2’ total), two chairs, and space behind the table for self-supporting displays.

Fair Times:

Vendors will be located in the meal & break rooms, allowing conference attendees access to the booths at anytime during the day. Targeted vendor times will be the following:

Thursday, June 25^th

• Breakfast - 7:00 a.m.
• Break - 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch - 12:00 noon
• Break - 3:30 p.m.
• Evening Social - 5:30 p.m.

Friday, June 26^th

• Breakfast - 7:00 a.m.
• Break - 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch - 12:00 noon
• Break - 3:30 p.m.

Site:

The Vendor Fair will be held in The DoubleTree’s Capital Ballrooms C&D. See the map below for hotel layout. Booths will be located along the entrance to C&D, and along the far right wall of D. Banquet rounds will be set-up for meals in the center of these two rooms. The conference presentations will be held in the Capital Ballrooms A&B.
